Diane & Melchior, vos hôtes au cœur du Jura
Nous sommes Diane et Melchior, jeunes propriétaires passionnés de cet hôtel particulier du XVIe siècle que nous rénovons avec amour depuis 2022. Accompagnés de notre fils Gaston, nous avons quitté nos vies citadines pour nous installer à Poligny et partager notre passion pour le patrimoine jurassien.
Notre philosophie ? Accueillir chaleureusement et guider personnellement chaque visiteur à la découverte des trésors du Jura : vignobles confidentiels, producteurs de Comté, randonnées spectaculaires dans les reculées, et tables gourmandes méconnues.
Melchior, ancien professionnel de l'hôtellerie et amateur éclairé de vins du Jura, organise des dégustations œnologiques thématiques à La Verrière. Diane orchestre quant à elle tous les petits détails qui transforment un séjour en souvenir mémorable.
Ce que nous aimons par-dessus tout ? Échanger avec nos hôtes dans la cour intérieure, partager nos bons plans du moment, et vous aider à construire un itinéraire parfait selon vos envies.
